Returns

Because our creations are handmade and shipped from Grenada, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is damaged

  • the item is defective

  • you received the wrong item

We will review each case individually and do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time.
