Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the order amount minus shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at: sales@seatreasurecollection.com Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations case-by-case and will always try our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Sea Treasures Collection is not responsible for these charges and they are the responsibility of the customer.

We currently ship to the following countries: UK, Canada, Caribbean destinations. Please note: Orders are shipped from Grenada. Delivery schedules may vary as we are located on a small island and postal departures can be limited. Shipping options:

• Small Package (7 to 21 business days) - US$15.00
• Parcel (7 to 21 business days) - US$26.00

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please note that we are located on a small Caribbean island, and postal departures may sometimes be limited depending on local shipping schedules.

All orders ship from Grenada via our local postal service. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Please allow additional time for international delivery.

Tracking is available for packages only. Please note: Tracking updates may not always be consistent once parcels leave Grenada. Envelopes and smaller shipments may not include tracking. Tracking details (if available) will be emailed after shipment.

We currently ship only to selected countries. Due to postal and tariff restrictions, we are unable to ship to the USA at this time. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before ordering.

Enter your address during checkout and choose the shipping option. Click "Continue to shipping." Local delivery is available for addresses within 15 km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not appear at checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Location: Bailey's Hill, Springs, St George's, Grenada. Orders can be picked up daily from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
